Dearadh Intí Óstáin Iompraíonn an coimeádán lastais chuig áiteanna. Soláthraíonn an t-óstán áiteanna scíthe don lucht siúil. Áit scíthe neamhbhuan an rud atá acu go coitianta. Sin an fáth go n-úsáidtear "an coimeádán" mar choincheap an óstáin. Ní amháin gur áit scíthe é an t-óstán, ach spás le pearsantacht freisin. Tá a léiriú agus a phearsantacht féin ag gach seomra. Dá bhrí sin cruthaigh ocht seomra éagsúla mar seo a leanas: Indulge, Evolve, WabiSabi, Shine Flower, Pantone, Fantasy, Journey agus Ballerina. Ní amháin gur áit scíthe é Teach Cobhsaí, ach stáisiún soláthair do do spiorad freisin.
